ATTEMPTED BURGLARY. 2900 block of 220 Pl SW. 47 year of age white male from Brier reports while on vacation unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry to his residence through unlocked windows causing damage to window screens.
AGENCY ASSIST. 22300 block of 51 Ave W. Assisted Mountlake Terrace Police in arrest of subject who was causing a disturbance.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 2400 block of Nike Manor Road. 22 year of age white male reports his 38 year of age white female neighbor accusing him of clipping a bush in her yard. Check of the yard area found the bush to have been clipped. He denied the allegations.

ASSAULT. 22200 block of Brier Road. 13 year of age black male from Lynnwood was assaulted by 13 year of age white male from Lynnwood which then escalated into mutual combat. Both subjects suffered minor facial injuries. Subjects declined prosecution at this time.
LURING. 22500 block of Brier Road. Two 14 year of age white females from Mountlake Terrace report while they were walking in the area a white male subject driving a white Cadillac type vehicle pulled up and motioned for them to get into his vehicle. When the girls did not comply the subject pointed his finger in a gun gesture and left. A concerned citizen followed the vehicle and obtained the license plate number. The suspect was contacted via phone and stated he was attempting to get directions. Pending investigation.

ELUDING. 21200 block of 44 Ave W. 22 year of age Hispanic male from Everett driving a 2001 Suzuki 600 motorcycle attempted to elude officers. Officers gave chase resulting in his apprehension and booking into jail.
TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 19 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 1993 Toyota 4-Runner was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner and driving status confirmed. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
HARASSMENT. 2900 block of 227 St SW.16 year of age white female from Brier reports a 21 year of age white male from Brier harassing her by repeatedly coming to her residence. Settled by contact.
NARCOTICS. 23600 block of 34 Ave W. 19 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace was passenger in vehicle stopped for traffic. Odor of marijuana was detected which resulted in issuance of a citation to him for Possession of Marijuana.

TRAFFIC. 22800 block of Brier Road. 25 year of age Asian female from Brier driving a 2005 Acura TL was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended. She was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
FOUND PROPERTY. 3200 block of 236 St SW. 74 year of age white male from Brier reports he found a credit card on the roadside.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 2200 block of 213 Pl SW. 44 year of age white female from Brier reports she observed an unknown subject run out the front door of her residence and leave the scene in a small light colored vehicle. Pending investigation.
CIVIL DISPUTE. Kirkland. 33 year of age white male from Brier reports having a dispute with a company in Kirkland over purchase of jewelry items. Incident deemed civil.

TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 29 year of age white male from Auburn driving a 2000 Ford Windstar was stopped for Expired Vehicle License. Computer check on the driver showed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was removed by tow.
TRAFFIC. Russet Road and Brier Road. Computer check on a 1995 Chevrolet Blazer revealed an unresolved Report of Sale. The 28 year of age black male passenger from Tacoma was identified as the current owner and cited for Fail to Transfer Title Within 45 Days and released.

TRAFFIC. 21500 block of Poplar Way. 28 year of age white male from Bellevue driving a 1968 Mercury was stopped for Expired Vehicle License. The driver had exited the vehicle and initially denied driving. He was observed on video driving the vehicle and was subsequently cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Expired Vehicle License and released. The vehicle was impounded.

FORGERY / COUNTERFEITING. 22300 block of Brier Road. 42 year of age white female from Brier reports someone gave her a counterfeit fifty dollar bill when purchasing an item at her garage sale.

TRUANCY. 22000 block of Brier Road. 13 year of age white male from Lynnwood was observed sitting on a curbside during school hours. He was returned to school and found to be truant.
MISSING PERSON. 23000 block of 29 Ave W. 45 year of age white female from Brier reports her 15 year of age daughter runaway. She returned home a short while later.
ROAD RAGE. 3400 block of Alaska Road. 40 year of age white male from Brier reports he witnessed drivers who appeared to be having a road rage incident. He attempted contact with what appeared to be the victim driver who sped away from him. He later observed the suspect vehicle and driver stopped outside his residence. The suspect vehicle and driver were gone on arrival.

HARASSMENT. 22200 block of Brier Road. 13 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace reports he and his 13 year of age friend from Mountlake Terrace were threatened by another 14 year of age white male subject from Mountlake Terrace. The incident occurred while travelling on their school bus. Settled by contact.
ASSAULT. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 15 year of age white male from Brier reports he was struck in the head multiple times by a 15 year of age white male from Brier. Victim did not wish to pursue charges.

TRAFFIC. 21700 block of Poplar Way. 57 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 1992 Pontiac Grand Am was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate returned showing an unresolved Report of Sale. He was cited for Fail to Transfer Title Within 45 Days and released.
DUI. 22400 block of Old Poplar Way. 27 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 2002 Ford Explorer was stopped for erratic driving. Odor of intoxicants detected. Further investigation resulted in the issuance of citation for Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicants. He was then transported to his residence and released.

TRAFFIC. 21500 block of Poplar Way. 44 year of age white female from Brier driving a 2001 Toyota Solara was stopped for expired vehicle license. Computer check on her driving status showed it to be suspended. She was cited for Expired Vehicle License and Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was released to a third party.

TRAFFIC. 22600 block of Brier Road. 18 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2004 Volkswagen GTI was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended and vehicle registration expired. He was identified as the registered owner and driving status confirmed. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and Expired Vehicle License and booked into jail. The vehicle was released to a third party.

She was identified as the registered owner and driving status confirmed. Search of vehicle located open container of alcohol. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, given a verbal warning regarding the alcohol and released. The vehicle was released to a third party.

Computer check on his name revealed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, given a verbal warning for the expired tabs and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.

Computer check on his name showed no driver's license. He was cited for No Valid Operator's License and Fail to Transfer Title and released.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Expired Vehicle License and released. The vehicle was released to a third party.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 3600 block of 227 St SW. 55 year of age white male from Brier reports he believes someone entered his residence, laid on his bed, used the restroom and drank water. Suspect maybe a realtor as the residence is listed for sale with a realtor's box for entry. Nothing found missing or damaged.
FOUND PROPERTY. 3800 block of 228 St SW. 53 year of age white male from Brier reports he found a bundle of wallet size papers which had been secured together with a rubber-band. The items were found on the roadside. Attempting owner contact.

Computer check on his name showed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, No Liability Insurance and Expired Vehicle License and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.

TRAFFIC COLLISION. 3800 block of 214 St SW. 52 year of age white female driving a 1996 Dodge Caravan struck a 66 year of age white female from Brier on a riding lawn mower who had accidentally rode off her property into the roadway causing the collision. The person on the mower was transported to the hospital for injury evaluation. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 23200 block of Brier Road. 40 year of age white female from Brier driving a 1997 Chrysler Towncar struck a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am driven by a 59 year of age white male from Brier which had stopped in front of her. Minor injuries reported.

TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 24 year of age black male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 2000 Ford Mustang was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and No Proof of Insurance and released. The vehicle was impounded.

THEFT / FRAUD. 21800 block of 31 Ave W. 37 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) took mail from her mailbox which contained checks for bill payments. Suspects then washed the checks, made them payable to an unknown person, forged her signature and passed them at a local bank. Pending investigation.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 23600 block of 39 Pl W. 39 year of age white male from Brier reports sometime between July of 2008 to October of 2008, unknown person(s) entered his residence under construction and removed a collectable gas station sign. He now found the sign for sale on Craig's List and called the ad. The person requested a police case number and agreed to return the sign to him.

FOUND PROPERTY. 3400 block of Alaska Road. 43 year of age reports she found a back pack containing personal items on the roadside. The owner was contacted and informed of the recovery.
SKATEBOARDING ACCIDENT. Intersection of 228th Pl SW and 228th St SW. Officer was informed by Fire Department personnel a 12 year of age white male from Brier had crashed his skateboard and was transported to hospital for evaluation of injuries. The victim was later released from the hospital. Extent of injuries unknown.
