LOST PROPERTY. 22700 block of Old Poplar Way. Mother from Lynnwood reports her son accidentally left his foot scooter and skateboard at the Brier Park. Items were gone upon attempted retrieval.

DUI. 21600 block of Vine Road. 41 year of age white male from Brier reported he was following a vehicle being driven erratically. The vehicle was located and the 77 year of age driver from Bothell contacted. He was transported by aid to hospital for further evaluation.

MISSING PERSON. 22500 block of Hickory Way. 63 year of age white female from Brier reports her 15 year of age grandson runaway. He was located and released to his grandmother.
AGENCY ASSIST. 22800 block of Cedar Way. Assisted Mountlake Terrace Police in apprehension of a 17 year of age white male from Bothell who had shoplifted beer.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 21700 block of Vine Road. 62 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his residence, possibly through rear unlocked door, and removed collector coins and jewelry valued at approximately $15,000. Pending investigation.

WARRANT ARREST. 7600 block of NE Bothell Way. Officer took custody of 24 year of age white male from Bothell who had been arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Brier jurisdiction. The subject was booked into jail without incident.
NUISANCE NOISE / POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA / MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL. 3300 block of 238 St SW. Dispatched to complaint of loud music. Upon arrival a 21 year of age white male from Mill Creek was found in possession of suspected marijuana and paraphernalia and booked into jail and a 16 year of age white male from Brier was found in possession of alcohol and referred to prosecutor's office.

TRAFFIC. 2800 block of 228 St SW. 24 year of age white female from Bothell driving a 1991 Subaru Legacy was stopped for defective equipment. Computer check on her driving status showed ignition interlock required. She was cited for Operating a Vehicle without Ignition Interlock and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.

TRAFFIC. 23200 block of Brier Road. 19 year of age Asian male from Everett driving a 1990 Honda Accord was stopped for driving without headlights when required. Computer check on his driving status showed it to be suspended. Computer check on the vehicle license plate showed an unresolved report of sale. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Failure to Transfer Title and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 3900 block of 214 St SW. 54 year of age Asian male from Brier reports while driving on roadway the rear side window of his 2009 Acura TSX was shattered by an unknown object. He suspect(s) a rock possibly thrown by a weed eater being used in the area.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 3600 block of 232 St SW. School official reports construction type razor blades were found in the wood chip area surrounding toys on the school playground.
FOUND PROPERTY. 22700 block of Old Poplar Way. City employee reports he found mail lying on the ground in the city compound. Returned to owner.
COURT ORDER VIOLATION. 23500 block of 25 Ave W. 23 year of age white female from Brier reports her 26 year of age ex-boyfriend from Lynnwood contacting her in violation of a No Contact Order.

TRAFFIC. 22700 block of Brier Road. 39 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1978 Yamaha SX1100 was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The motorcycle was left parked at the scene.

She was identified as the registered owner and driving status confirmed. She was notified she would receive a summons for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was released to a third party.

TRAFFIC / WARRANT ARREST. 2500 block of 228 St SW. 30 year of age white male from Bothell was passenger in vehicle not wearing his seatbelt. Computer check revealed he possessed an outstanding warrant. He was cited for Failure to Wear Safety Belt, arrested on the outstanding warrant and booked into jail without further incident.

TRAFFIC. 3200 block of 228 St SW. 22 year of age white male from Redmond driving a 1997 BMW 328 was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed an outstanding report of sale. He was cited for Fail to Transfer Title within 45 Days and released.
WARRANT ARREST. 20400 block of Poplar Way. 28 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 1999 Dodge Durango was stopped for equipment violation. Computer check showed him to possess an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He was arrested for the warrant and booked into jail without further incident. The vehicle was released to a third party.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 22200 block of Brier Rd. School official reports a student was walking on the trail located on the west side of the school and encountered three males that stated they were school security officers. No assault or threats occurred.

HIT AND RUN. 2500 block of 241 Pl SW. 28 year of age white male from Edmonds stated he had parked his vehicle at the end of a dead end street at approximately 1500 hours, and when he returned to his vehicle at approximately 1600 hours, he noticed a large dent in the rear driver's side bumper. No suspect information.

She was identified as the purchaser, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle released to licensed driver.

MISSING PERSON. 2000 block of 214 St SW. 54 year of age white female from Brier reports her 27 year of age son missing from her residence where he had been staying temporarily. He is currently transient, but she normally is able to find out where he is staying. He left behind some of his belongings, including his driver's license and prescription medication. He is bi-polar and suffers from paranoia. He was entered into missing person database.

WA ID card identified him as the registered owner. Prior to stop, driver quickly turned the corner and exited the vehicle. He denied he had been driving. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked at scene.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 24200 block of 31 Ave W. Officer observed two juvenile males, 16 and 17 years of age, hiding in the bushes. Another juvenile male, 16 years of age, was located a short distance away hiding near a boat. 20 year of age asian male arrived on scene and stated his vehicle had been ransacked and his ipod stolen. Ipod located in the bushes where the two juveniles had been hiding. The two juveniles were arrested and booked on theft charges. The third juvenile was released to mother. Additional charges of Vehicle Prowling pending.
TRAFFIC. 21400 block of Poplar Wy. 25 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 2001 moped was stopped for not wearing a safety shield on his helmet and expired tabs. Check of his name through DOL revealed he possessed a suspended license 2nd degree. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and Expired Tabs and booked into jail. Moped left secured at scene.

VEHICLE PROWL.. 3100 block of 243 St SW. 35 year of age asian male from Brier reports someone entered his unlocked vehicles that were parked in front of his residence and rifled through the glove compartments. Nothing missing except the registration to one of the vehicles. Possibly linked to other vehicle prowl.

TRAFFIC. 21600 block of Poplar Way. 40 year of age white male from Kenmore driving a 1985 Honda Accord stopped as check of license plate showed vehicle had sold 06/27/2009. Driver identified as purchaser. He had been stopped a few months prior and had been told he needed to register the vehicle within forty five days. He was cited for Failure to Transfer Title Within 45 Days and released.
WARRANT ARREST / FAIL TO WEAR SEATBELT. 21400 block of Poplar Way. Vehicle stopped as check of plate revealed the registered owner to have an outstanding felony warrant. Driver identified as registered owner. She was taken into custody and secured in back seat of patrol vehicle for transport to jail. During transport she removed her seatbelt. She was booked into jail and issued infraction for Failure to Wear Safety Belt.

MINOR POSSESS TOBACCO. 2600 block of Elm Drive. Vehicle observed in park after closing. Two males, ages 16 and 19 years of age, were contacted. The 16 yoa passenger was smoking what is commonly referred to as a cigarillo, which he continued to smoke throughout the contact until he was asked to put it out. Cigarillo confiscated for destruction. Charges pending of Minor in Possession of Tobacco Product. Both released from scene without further incident.

HUMANE / HARASSMENT. 3000 block of 227 St SW. 55 year of age white female from Brier reports her 57 year of age white female neighbor became angry at her regarding her cats and shouted profanities and made derogatory comments to her while she was out in her yard.

TRAFFIC. 22800 block of 228 Pl SW. 21 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2001 Acura stopped as officer recognized driver from prior contacts to have a suspended driving status. After confirming suspended status was suspended 3rd degree, he was cited and released from scene. Vehicle left legally parked.
VEHICLE THEFT. 22900 block of Brier Rd. 53 year of age white male from Brier reports his son, 24 year of age male from Brier, took his vehicle without permission and he wanted to report it as stolen. Son located driving vehicle northbound on Poplar Way. Father arrived and took possession of vehicle. No charges pursued.

DEATH INVESTIGATION / OVERDOSE. 2900 block of 226 St SW. Death investigation of 46 year of age male from Brier. Investigation found cause to be drug overdose.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, and released. Vehicle driven from scene by licensed driver.
