SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 22800 block of 29 Ave W. While attempting paper service at residence officers located an open door. Residence searched - nothing suspicious found.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 21600 block of 21 Ave W. 49 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his unlocked 1993 Honda Civic and took a backpack and Ipod valued at approximately $200.
TRAFFIC. 3000 block of 228 St SW. 35 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 2005 Jeep Wrangler was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 23600 block of 29 Ave W. 56 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her residence by kicking in the basement door and ransacked the interior. Pending investigation.

TRAFFIC. 21400 block of Poplar Way. 23 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 1998 Hyundai Tiberon was stopped for defective headlight and expired tabs. Check of DOL showed revealed her driving status suspended. In addition, she could not provide current proof of insurance. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, Operating Motor Vehicle Without Liability Insurance, and released. Verbal warning given for other violations. Vehicle left legally parked at scene.

HUMANE COMPLAINT. 23700 block of 29 Ave W. 32 year of age white female from Brier reports two black Labradors running loose on her property. One of the dogs was located running in the roadway and was secured at City Public Works building to await transport to PAWS.

HUMANE. 2400 block of 237 Pl SW. 62 year of age white male from Brier reports he found a black and white puppy. No owner information located. The dog was transported and released to custody of PAWS.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 21900 block of Brier Road. 59 year of age white male from Edmonds driving a 2004 Subaru Legacy was stopped to make a left turn. A 70 year of age white female from Camano Island driving a 2005 Toyota Corolla stopped behind him. Then an 18 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2004 Ford Expedition also following collided into the Corolla causing it to collide into the rear of the Legacy which caused extensive damage to all vehicles. No serious injuries were reported.

Computer check on her driving status showed it to be suspended. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.

TRAFFIC. 23200 block of Brier Road. 38 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 1994 Chevrolet Blazer was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the an unresolved report of sale. Computer check on her driving status showed it to be suspended. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was released to a third party.
NARCOTICS VIOLATION. 3500 block of 228 St SW. Officer detected odor of marijuana emitting from a passing 2001 Mazda 626. The vehicle was stopped and the 18 year of age driver from Bothell identified along with 3 passengers. Search of vehicle located paraphernalia and marijuana. Search of driver's belongings also located marijuana. The passengers were released without further incident. The driver was released pending filing of charges.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.
DUI. 23200 block of 34 Ave W. 19 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2002 Volkswagen GTI was stopped for expired vehicle license. Odor of intoxicants detected. Further investigation resulted in issuance of citation for Minor Operating a Vehicle after Alcohol Consumption. He was then released to Sheriff's Office for investigation of Assault.

HIT AND RUN. 3500 block of 233 Pl SW. 32 year of age white female reports while stopped at stop sign the vehicle in front of her rolled backwards striking her vehicle. The suspect vehicle then left the scene. No damage observed and no injuries reported.

HARASSMENT. 23600 block of 27 Pl W. 47 year of age Hispanic female from Brier reports her neighbor's dog entered her residence uninvited. She took the dog by the collar and returned it to the owner who then became verbally abusive toward her. Settled by contact.

Suspect(s) gained access by prying the driver's side lock open. Two Subwoofers and a Sub Amplifier were stolen. Total value of items stolen approximately $400.00.

MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL. 2600 block of Elm Drive. 19 year of age white male from Lynnwood and 16 year of age white female from Brier were found sleeping in a vehicle located in the park. The male subject was found to be in possession of alcohol and will be summoned to appear in court. Both parties were released to their parents.
TRAFFIC / FAIL TO COOPERATE. 22800 block of Brier Road. 48 year of age white female from Woodinville driving a 1994 Jeep Cherokee was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. She did not initially provide correct identifying information. Further investigation resulted in issuance of citations for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Failure to Cooperate with Officer. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER. 228 St SW and 228 Pl SW. 19 year of age white male from Kenmore was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for traffic. Investigation found him to be in possession of approximately 113 grams of suspected marijuana. He was arrested and booked into jail pending charges. The 22 year of age driver from Kansas was released at the scene.
