MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23800 block of Brier Road. 70 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown suspect(s) broke out the front window of his residence with a baseball size rock, causing approximately $1000.00 damage.
THEFT/FRAUD. 23000 block of 32 Ave W. 52 year of age male and 56 year of age female from Brier report fraudulent use of their credit card. Investigation pending.

TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 24 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 2001 Honda Prelude stopped as computer check of vehicle plate revealed the registered owner possessed a suspended driving status. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked at scene.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. 22800 block of Locust Way. 44 year of age female from Bothell driving a 2003 Chevy Tahoe was waiting for traffic to clear before making a left hand turn and was struck by oncoming vehicle, a 1996 Chevy Blazer, driven by 28 year of age male from Ocean Shores. No injuries occurred. Tahoe not driveable and was towed from scene.

Warrant Service. 23000 block of Cedar Way. 37 year of age male from Lynnwood arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant during a traffic stop and booked into jail without incident.

WARRANT ARREST. 21400 block of 44 Ave W. 43 year of age white male was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant during a traffic stop. He was booked into jail without incident.
TRAFFIC. 2000 block of Vine Road. 21 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1987 Toyota Camry was stopped for defective equipment. Computer check on his driving status showed it to be suspended. He was cited for Driving While
License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 21400 block of 32 Pl W. 42 year of age Asian female reports unknown person(s) entered vehicles parked in her driveway by smashing out the driver's side windows and removed electronic equipment valued at $50.
VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 21500 block of 32 Pl W. 37 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her 2000 Ford Explorer by smashing out the driver's side window and removed a backpack containing personal items and a small urn.
FOUND PROPERTY. 21400 block of 32 Pl W. 42 year of age Asian female reports she found a wallet on the ground next to her mailbox. Owner located and wallet returned.
LOST PROPERTY. 22200 block of Brier Road. 31 year of age white female from Brier reports she lost her cell phone at an unknown location.
TRAFFIC. 21400 block of Poplar Way. 23 year of age white male from Shoreline driving a 1990 Toyota pickup was stopped for defective equipment. Computer check on his driving status showed it to be suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was released to a third party.

HUMANE. 3300 block of 236 St SW. Officer reports he observed a dog at large and followed it home. Upon attempting to contact the owner the dog became aggressive. Owner notified of ordinance requirements regarding at large and aggressive dogs.
TRAFFIC. 24000 block of Brier Road. 43 year of age white male from Seattle driving a 1986 Toyota pickup was stopped for speeding. Computer check on his driving status showed it suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and speeding and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
HUMANE. 23000 block of 27 Ave W. 61 year of age white male reports two dogs came onto his property and killed numerous chickens. Referred to proper jurisdiction.

WARRANT ARREST. 19500 block of 81 Pl W. 32 year of age white male from Edmonds was arrested by Bothell PD on outstanding Brier warrants. He was released to Brier officer and booked into jail without incident.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 21400 block of Elm Drive. 18 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1997 Pontiac Bonneville slid out of control across the oncoming lane into to two unoccupied parked vehicles causing extensive damage. He was cited for Driving Too Fast for Conditions. No injuries reported.
VEHICLE THEFT / RECOVERY. 2200 block of 214 Pl SW. 18 year of age white male from Brier reports someone took his 1992 Nissan 2SX. Attempt to locate broadcast for the vehicle. The vehicle was located by Lynnwood Police in the 5900 block of 196 Ave NW and the 21 year of age driver was arrested and booked into jail for Possession of Stolen Vehicle and Vehicle Theft. The vehicle was returned to owner.

VEHICLE THEFT / RECOVERY. 21900 block of 21 Ave W. 60 year of age white male from Brier reports someone took his 1990 Toyota Camry. The vehicle was recovered in the 2200 block of 214 Pl SW where another vehicle had been stolen. The vehicle was returned to owner. Pending investigation.
SEXUAL ASSAULT. 23300 block of Brier Road. 16 year of age white female reports she was sexually assaulted by an unknown male subject. Pending investigation.
DISCHARGE OF FIREARM. 22900 block of 29 Ave W. During a domestic dispute a 36 year of age white female from Brier fired three shots from a pistol while outside her residence. She was booked into jail for Discharging a Firearm.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 2300 block of 34 Ave W. 54 year of age white male from Brier requests officers check his residence as he believes his neighbors are conspiring against him. Residence checked - nothing suspicious found.

FRAUD. 23000 block of Brier Road. 58 year of age white female from Brier reports she placed checks in payment of miscellaneous bills in her mailbox for pickup by the postal service. Upon receipt of her bank statement she found some of the checks had been altered and cashed by an unknown subject. It appears someone stole the items from her mailbox and fraudulently passed them. Pending investigation.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 21400 block of Poplar Way. 52 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2002 GMC Box attempted to make a right turn and was struck by a 1992 Honda Accord driven by a 23 year of age white male from Brier who attempted to pass him on the right causing collision. No injuries reported.
TRAFFIC. 24000 block of Brier Road. 43 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1995 Ford pickup was stopped for equipment violation. Record check on his driving status showed it suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

TRAFFIC. 2000 block of Vine Road. 18 year of age Asian male from Bothell driving a 2007 Mazda 3 was stopped for speeding. He could not provide a driver's license or proof of identity. He was cited for No Valid Driver's License without Identification and Speeding and released.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Locust Way and Barker Road. 28 year of age white male from Kenmore driving a 1989 Ford pickup was stopped for erratic and reckless driving. Odor of intoxicants detected. Further investigation resulted in issuance of a citation for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released at his residence.

ASSAULT. 23000 block of 35 Ave W. 47 year of age white female from Everett reports she, her daughter, and her daughter's boyfriend were assaulted while at a party in Brier on October 31, 2009. Pending investigation.

HUMANE. 23000 block of 32 Ave W. 43 year of age white female from Brier reports someone shot her cat with a BB pellet causing its death. She suspects a neighbor due to ongoing issues.

TRAFFIC. 3000 block of 228 St SW. 39 year of age white male from Woodinville driving a 1996 GMC Suburban was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 3800 block of 232 St SW. 46 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his unlocked Ford Explorer and removed a GPS unit valued at approximately $250.
MAILCIOUS MISCHIEF. 3300 block of 238 St SW. 49 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) shot something through her residence window. Area checked with negative results. Pending investigation.
WARRANT ARREST. 3300 block of 238 St SW. 17 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace was contacted at a Brier residence and arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Investigation found the warrant no longer valid. He was released without further incident.
