THEFT OF MAIL. 23300 Pl SW and 232 Pl SW. 75 year of age white male from Brier reports he located mail belonging to multiple subjects strewn about the area. The mail was retrieved and items returned. Unknown if any items may have been stolen at this time.
TRAFFIC / WARRANT. 3400 block of 228 St SW. 24 year of age white female from Bothell driving a 2006 Chevrolet Aveo was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner to possess an outstanding warrant. She was identified as the registered owner, arrested on the warrant and released to jurisdictional agency. The vehicle was released to a third party.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 2700 block of 230 Pl SW. 55 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his unlocked 2004 Chevrolet pickup which was parked in his driveway and removed his wallet containing identification and credit cards. The suspect(s) then used one of the credit cards for purchase at a fueling station. Pending investigation.

TRESPASS. 23300 block of 32 Ave W. 55 year of age white male from Brier reports a juvenile entered his residence without permission. He escorted the subject out of his residence and phoned 911. The 17 year of age white male suspect from Mukilteo was located, arrested for Trespassing and an outstanding warrant and booked into jail.

TRAFFIC. 22400 block of Brier Road. 25 year of age white male from Seattle driving a 1988 Chevrolet Astro van was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.
TRAFFIC. 3400 block of 228 St SW. 25 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier was stopped for expired vehicle license. Computer check on his driving status showed it to be suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.

TRAFFIC. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 47 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 1992 Ford Taurus was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed an unresolved report of sale. She was identified as the current owner, cited for Failure to Transfer Title within 45 Days and released.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 2300 block of 231 Pl SW. 48 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) in her residence attempting to harm her and her friends. The residence was searched and nothing of a suspicious nature was found.
FOUND PROPERTY. 23600 block of 29 Ave W. Citizen reports they found a wallet containing miscellaneous cards and identification. Attempting to locate owner.
THEFT / DISTURBANCE. 23500 block of 27 Pl W. 21 year of age white male from Brier reports a 20 year of age white female from Bothell took a ring belonging to him and refused to return it which resulted in a scuffle between the two. All parties contacted and did not wish to pursue charges. The female suspect denied taking the ring.
VEHICLE PROWL. 21400 block of Oak Way. 44 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his 2002 Ford Explorer and 2005 Chevrolet Equinox through unlocked doors and rifled through his items. Nothing appeared to have been stolen.
THEFT. 23900 block of 28 Pl W. 16 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) took his pocket bike which had been parked inside a fenced area and not visible from the street. Area checked with negative results.

TRAFFIC. 3200 block of 228 St SW. 30 year of age white male from Shoreline driving a 1995 Toyota Camry was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed it had expired. Computer check on his driving status showed it suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
HUMANE. 2400 block of 234 Pl SW.44 year of age white male from Brier reports while walking his dog a pit bull type dog attempted to attack it. The 23 year of age white male owner from Brier was contacted and restrained the dog. He was cited for Dog at Large.
THEFT OF MAIL. 3800 block of 237 Pl SW. 50 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) opened mail which had been placed in her mailbox and removed cash.

TRAFFIC / POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA. 21600 block of Poplar Way. 24 year of age white male from Kenmore driving a 1997 Honda Civic stopped as computer check of license plate showed the registered owner to have a suspended driving status. Odor of marijuana detected. Search of vehicle located suspected marijuana. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Possession of Marijuana and released. Vehicle left legally parked at scene.
MAIL TAMPERING. 50 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) opened mail that was in her mailbox, including a prescription medication. None of the medication appeared to have been taken.
THEFT OF MAIL. 23600 block of 37 Pl W. 52 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) removed and opened mail from her mailbox and stole a DVD.

MINOR IN POSSESSION / POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA. 22800 block of 228 Pl SW. 1992 BMW 318 stopped for speeding. Further investigation led to the arrest of two18 year of age white males from Lake Forrest Park for Minor in Possession and Possession of Marijuana. Both were cited and released. A third 18 year of age white male passenger was booked into jail for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
MAIL TAMPERING. 3700 block of 232 Pl SW. 36 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) took her mail from her mailbox receptacle. She later found some of her mail strewn about some bushes in the area. It is unknown if any items were taken.

TRAFFIC COLLISION. 2900 block of 243 Pl SW. 41 year of age white female from Brier driving a 1998 Jeep Cherokee slid off the roadway due to icy conditions into a fence and a residence causing damage. No injuries reported. The vehicle was removed by tow.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.
TRAFFIC. 21500 block of Poplar Way. 20 year of age Indian male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1993 Honda Civic was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed an unresolved Report of Sale. Computer check on the driver revealed his license suspended with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He was arrested, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and booked into jail on the warrant. The vehicle was released to a third party.

LIQUOR VIOLATION / UNLAWFUL IDENTIFICATION. 2900 block of 228 St SW. Officer contacted several subjects in a city park after closing. One 15 year of age white female from Lake Forest Park was found to be intoxicated and in possession of fake identification. She was transported to her home and released to her parents. Case referred to Juvenile Prosecutor's Office.

TRAFFIC COLLISION. 24200 block of Brier Road. 32 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 2004 Kia Rio hit black ice and spun out of control striking the curb causing damage to the front wheel. No injuries reported. Vehicle towed from scene.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 24100 block of Brier Road. 23 year of age female from Kenmore driving a 1992 Toyota Camry lost control of her vehicle due to icy conditions and struck a fence. While disabled in the roadway a 29 year of age female from Bothell driving a 1999 Subaru Legacy also slid out of control striking the first vehicle. No injuries reported. Both vehicle were towed from the scene.
THEFT. 23700 block of 34 Ave W. 29 year of age white female reports someone took a fake iPhone from her room. She suspects a family member.
THEFT. 21600 block of Oak Way. 37 year of age Asian female from Brier reports she observed a white male take a package from her porch and leave in a silver Honda Civic. She obtained the vehicle license plate number and the owner was contacted and denied involvement. Pending investigation.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver.

FOUND PROPERTY. Logging Road near Steven's Pass. 25 year of age white female and 28 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace reports they found a shotgun while traveling on back roads near Steven's Pass. The shotgun was released to Brier Police for further handling.
LOST PORPERTY. 3100 block of 232 St SW. Citizen reports her Boost Mobile pay as you go phone lost.

TRAFFIC. 22800 block of Brier Road. 18 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1985 Honda Accord was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed an unresolved report of sale. Investigation found he had no driver's license. Odor of marijuana was detected and the 20 year of age female passenger released paraphernalia and suspected marijuana to the officer. The driver was cited for No Valid Operator's License and both subjects were released. The suspected marijuana was confiscated for destruction.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 3600 block of 228 St SW. 70 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) kicked in her front door. Officers checked the residence and found nothing disturbed. It appears the suspect(s) possibly fled due to audible alarm sounding.

HUMANE. 3600 block of Alaska Road. Dispatched to assist in rescue of a dog that had fallen through ice and was stranded in the lake. Firemen, officers and citizens rescued the dog who was then transported to a local veterinarian for further care.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 22800 block of Old Poplar Way. 65 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2002 Ford Explorer stopped in an intersection which caused an 18 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 1992 Honda Civic to swerve coming to rest in a ditch. No injuries reported.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23600 block of 35 Ave W. 50 year of age white male from Brier reports neighbors parking on his lawn. He requested they move their vehicles and a verbal dispute ensued. A 53 year of age white male from Everett then struck the complainant when moving the vehicle who then broke out the vehicle's rear window. Case referred to Prosecutor's Office for review.

WARRANT ARREST. 3400 block of 228 St SW. 30 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 2003 Volkswagen Beetle was stopped for equipment violation. Computer record check showed he possessed an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Bellevue. He was arrested on the warrant and released to a Bellevue Police Officer for booking.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked at scene.
OBSTRUCTING / HARBORING OF A MINOR. 3300 block of 238 St SW. Two mothers from Brier report their 16 and 17 year of age children at a residence in Brier drinking alcohol and smoking suspected marijuana. Officers responded to the residence in question and contacted a 17 year of age white male resident. He initially denied the subjects were in his home, however, after consultation they exited the residence and were released to their parents. Case forwarded to Juvenile Prosecutor's Office.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked at scene.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 21900 block of Oak Way. 21 year of age white male from Kenmore driving a 2004 Nissan Sentra slid off the roadway due to icy conditions and struck a parked 2009 Nissan pickup causing damage. No injuries reported.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23700 block of 27 Pl W. 16 year of age white female from Kenmore reports unknown person(s) threw eggs at her 1993 Ford Thunderbird which had been parked at a residence in Brier. Further investigation found this vehicle and a residence in the area had been egged the week prior.
