RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 3300 block of 238 St SW. While conducting a residence check officer's discovered an open door. No signs of forced entry and nothing appeared disturbed.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23500 block of Brier Road. City employee reports damage to cement curb. Investigation revealed damage was caused from heavy equipment driving over the curb.
VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 3200 block of Russett Road. 53 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her unlocked 1993 Jeep Cherokee and removed stereo equipment and personnel items.
THEFT. 21700 block of Russett Lane. 59 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his open carport and took a pressure washer valued at approximately $500.
VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 2900 block of 216 St SW. 41 year of age Hispanic male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his unlocked 1988 BMW and removed Stereo equipment.

FOUND PROPERTY. 3300 Russett Road. 46 year of age white female from Brier reports she found an abandoned bicycle on the trail next to her residence. Bike to police department property room on 60 day hold.
ASSAULT. 23500 block of 27 Pl W. 21 year of age white male from Brier reports he was assaulted at his residence by a 25 year of age white female from Bothell. The suspect was gone on arrival. Referred to prosecutor.

ASSAULT. 22200 block of Brier Road. 14 year of age white female from Lynnwood reports she is being harassed by a 13 year of age black male from Mountlake Terrace while at school.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 2400 block of 228 St SW. 20 year of age white female from Brier reports she is being stalked by a 21 year of age male acquaintance. Pending investigation.

WARRANT ARREST. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 51 year of age white female from Shoreline driving a 1991 Mercury Capri was stopped as known to possess outstanding felony warrants. She was arrested for the warrants and booked into jail without incident. The vehicle was released to a third party.
VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 2900 block of 216 Pl SW. 58 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his unlocked 1998 Chevrolet K2 pickup and removed his glasses and case.

TRAFFIC. 3200 block of 228 St SW. 63 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 2002 Ford pickup was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and released. The vehicle was released to a third party.

LOITERING. 23600 block of Brier Road. Dispatched to a suspicious person sitting outside a local business for several hours. 28 year of age transient male was contacted and stated he was waiting for a family member. Settled by contact.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 3300 block of 238 St SW. 42 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her 2006 GMC Yukon by punching the driver's door lock and removed personal items valued at approximately $3,700 and credit cards. Suspects then used the credit cards at two gas stations. Pending investigation.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 2200 block of Old Poplar Way. 37 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her 2007 GMC Yukon by unknown means and took her purse, DVD player and camera. Suspects then used her stolen ATM card for purchases. Pending investigation.
FOUND PROPERTY. 2900 block of 216 St SW. 24 year of age white female from Brier reports she found several miscellaneous items, including pistol magazines and rounds, which appear to belong to a 57 year of age white male from Brier. Pending investigation.
VEHICLE PROWL. 23900 block of 28 Pl W. 56 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her 2008 Toyota by unknown means and rifled through the interior. Nothing appeared missing and no damage sustained.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 228 St SW at 228 Pl SW. 33 year of age white female from Shoreline driving a1994 Honda Civic did not see the 1999 Subaru Forester driven by a 16 year of age white male from Brier in front her, which had stopped to make a left hand turn, and collided into the rear of the vehicle. Both vehicles sustained substantial damage. No serious injuries reported.
VEHICLE PROWL. 2900 block of 216 St SW. 57 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his 2004 Dodge Dakota pickup by using the hidden key and took a loaded handgun and miscellaneous items. All items except the handgun were found strewn about the area. Pending investigation.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY / VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 24000 block of 27 Pl W. 60 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his unlocked 2004 Ford F150 pick up and removed a camera. The suspects then used the garage door opener to open his garage, however, nothing appeared to be missing.
DISPUTE. 23500 block of 27 Pl W. Legal process servers from Sultan attempted to serve eviction papers on a subject and were asked to leave the premises by a 21 year of age resident. They left the premises and parked on the roadside in the front of the residence which angered the resident who phoned 911. Settled by contact.
TRAFFIC. 228 St SW at 228 Pl W. 61 year of age white male from Edmonds driving a 1988 Ford Bronco was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 2900 block of 216 St SW. 24 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her unlocked 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe and removed a GPS and Xbox 360 controller valued at approximately $150.00.

ASSAULT. 22200 block of Brier Road. 13 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace reports being assaulted while walking from school by other school students. She did not wish to identify her assailants.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. 228 St SW at Locust Way. 26 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 2006 Toyota Scion attempted to make a left hand turn and struck the right curb then ricocheted left into a 2007 Toyota Corolla which was stopped waiting to make a left hand turn. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage. No injuries reported.

STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY. 21200 block of 38 Pl W. 1994 Nissan Sentra parked on roadside found to be stolen out of Lynnwood. Vehicle released to registered owner.
HARASSMENT. 2400 block of Nike Manor Road. 39 year of age white female from Brier reports estranged relatives from Texas harassing her daughter by texting and use of Myspace in attempt to gain information on her home situation. Settled by contact.
CIVIL MATTER. 2900 block of 215 St SW. 69 year of age white male from Bellevue reports 55 year of age white male from Brier removing property from houses in development he sold in violation of purchase agreement. He confronted the Brier resident and settled the matter. Requests extra patrols through development.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

NARCOTICS / TRAFFIC. 3600 block of 228 St SW. 23 year of age white female from Bothell driving a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. She was identified as the registered owner. Investigation resulted in her giving voluntary permission to search her vehicle which resulted in the seizure of suspected heroin and methamphetamine. She was released pending charges.

TRESPASSING. 3600 block of Alaska Road. 16 year of age Hispanic female from Brier and 16 year of age Hispanic male from Bothell were found in wooded area of cemetery property. They were advised of trespassing violation and left without further incident.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3200 block of 227 St SW. 42 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) drove into a community mailbox causing approximately $500 damage.
MISSING PERSON. 2700 block of 234 St SW. 48 year of age white female from Brier reports her 55 year of age sister from Brier missing for approximately one week. Investigation found she had been contacted by Seattle Police on April 12, 2010. She was entered into missing person database.

TRAFFIC. 23900 block of Brier Road. 53 year of age white female from Kenmore driving a 2003 Toyota Corolla was stopped for speeding. She did not have a valid driver's license or identification on her person. She was cited for No Valid Operator's License without Identification and Speeding and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
TRAFFIC. 3400 block of 238 St SW. 33 year of age white female from Yakima driving a 1994 Nissan Maxima was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. She was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
DRUG VIOLATION / OBSTRUCTING. 23600 block of 39 Pl W. Officer was dispatched to a male subject possibly using narcotics. Officer located a white male subject sitting in some weeds drinking wine from a bottle. The subject would not identify himself and was arrested for Obstructing. Search of his person located prescription narcotics wrapped in a paper towel. He was booked into jail on charges of Obstructing and Possession of Legend Drugs.

DRUG VIOLATION. 22200 block of Brier Road. 14 year of age white male student from Brier was found in possession of suspected marijuana by school authorities. School will determine discipline. Marijuana seized for destruction.
VIOLATION OF COURT ORDER. 24000 block of 29 Ave W. 16 year of age white male from Brier was with a 18 year of age white male from Clinton in violation of the restrictions outlined in a court order issued by Juvenile Division of Snohomish County Superior Court. Case referred to Juvenile Court.
TRAFFIC COLLISION / RECKLESS DRIVING. 23500 block of 35 Ave W. 21 year of age white male from Brier driving a driving a 1989 Chevrolet Camry lost control of his vehicle when leaving a "burn out" on the roadway. The vehicle jumped a curb and crashed into shrubbery coming to rest in a private yard. No injuries reported.

FOUND PROPERTY. 21700 block of 37 Pl W. 62 year of age white female from Brier reports she found an abandoned bicycle on her property. Bike placed in property holding at police department.
TRAFFIC / WARRANT ARREST. 3000 block of 228 St SW. 44 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1998 Ford Ranger pickup was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended with an outstanding warrant. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, arrested on the warrant and released to jurisdictional agency for booking into jail.
WARRANT ARREST. Brier Road at 236 St SW. 42 year of age white male from Ferndale was contacted for soliciting. Computer check located an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for DUI. He was arrested and booked into jail without further incident.

BURGLARY. 22300 block of 32 Ave W. 65 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his garage and removed four full 5 gallon gas cans. No forced entry found. Suspects possibly manipulated the door lock to enter.

TRAFFIC. 23600 block of Brier Road. 39 year of age white female from Renton driving a 1997 Ford Explorer was stopped for speeding. Computer check on her driving status showed it to be suspended. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Speeding and released. The 32 year of age black male passenger was cited for Failure to Wear Safety Belt and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

WARRANT ARREST. 3400 block of 228 St SW. 32 year of age white male from Lynnwood was a passenger in a vehicle which drove by officer. The officer knew he possessed an outstanding warrant. The vehicle was stopped and the passenger was arrested and booked into jail for the warrant.

TRAFFIC COLLISION. 3900 block of 228 St SW. 11 year of age white male was riding his bicycle and pulled in front of a 1998 Volkswagen Jetta driven by a 58 year of age white female from Kirkland. The driver swerved to avoid striking the bicyclist and struck the curb causing damage to the front wheel and tire of her vehicle. The bicyclist left the scene but later reported minor injury to his arm.
POSSESSION OF STOLEN VEHICLE / ELUDING POLICE. 3600 block of 228 St SW. Officer attempted to stop a speeding 1991 Honda Accord. The driver blacked out the vehicle's lights and attempted to elude the officer. The suspect vehicle failed to negotiate a turn and collided into an embankment. Three occupants fled the scene. It was then determined the vehicle was stolen out of Everett. K-9 track began. During the track a resident phoned reporting a male subject at his residence who had fallen into the creek. The K-9 tracked to his location and the 31 year of age white male from Everett was arrested for Possession of Stolen Vehicle and Eluding and booked into jail. The recovered vehicle was impounded pending evidence processing.

TRAFFIC. Vine Road and Nike Manor Road. 31 year of age white male from Ravensdale driving a 2001 Chevrolet pickup was stopped Seat Belt violation. Computer check showed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Failure to Wear Safety Belt and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
