CIVIL DISPUTE. 23600 block of 35 Ave W. 47 year of age white male from Brier reports his 51 year of age neighbor spraying grass clippings on his flower bed when he mows his lawn. Settled by contact.
TRAFFIC. 23100 block of Brier Road. 23 year of age white female from Bothell driving a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche was stopped as driver's status known to be suspended. Her driving status was confirmed and she was cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked at the scene.

ILLEGAL BURNING. 24000 block of 25 Ave W. Responded with Fire Department to a complaint of an illegal burn. The 37 year of age resident was contacted and extinguished the fire. Referred to Fire Marshall.

TRAFFIC. 2500 block of 228 St SW. 19 year of age Asian male from Kenmore driving a 1993 Acura Integra was changing music on his Ipod and drove off the roadway into a ditch. Computer check on his driving status showed it suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and released. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

COURT ORDER SERVICE. 23000 block of Brier Road. Served paper work from court on 20 year of age respondent from Brier without incident.
FALSE REPORTING. 23000 block of 34 Ave W. 54 year of age white male from Brier phoned 911 multiple times making false allegations regarding his 37 year of age neighbor. Referred to prosecutor.

HUMANE. 3600 block of Alaska Road. 69 year of age white male from Brier reports while walking he was approached by a dog which he felt might attack him. He pulled out a container and told the dog's owner he would mace the dog if it was not put on its leash. The 48 year of age white female dog owner from Brier was contacted and denied her dog was off leash and stated she felt threatened by the subject. Incident settled by contact.
TRAFFIC. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 20 year of age Asian female from Shoreline driving a 1986 Honda Accord was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed an unresolved report of sale. She was identified as the new owner and cited for Failure to Transfer Title Within 45 Days and released.
ATTEMPTED ASSAULT. 23500 block of Brier Road. 37 year of age white male from Burien reports while at a residence in Brier he and the 37 year of age home owner engaged in a verbal dispute resulting in the resident picking up a stick and threatening him with it. He did not wish to pursue charges and left the premises without further incident.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 2800 block of 227 St SW. 47 year of age white male from Brier reports he observed a male subject crouched by his fence on the south side of his residence during hours of darkness. He yelled at the subject who fled on foot. A spool of fishing line with a washer tied to it was located where the subject was crouched. Area checked with negative results.
ORDINANCE VIOLATION. 2800 block of Brier Road. 18 year of age white males from Brier and Mountlake Terrace located in park after hours. They left the premises without incident.

AGENCY ASSIST. 3100 block of Russet Road. Assisted Aid Unit with elderly male having medical issues.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 21500 block of Elm Drive. 60 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his residence by prying open a rear sliding door and removed jewelry and a computer.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 3200 block of 214 St SW. 54 year of age Asian male from Brier reports while he was sleeping in his upstairs bedroom an unknown white male entered his residence by breaking open a rear basement door. The suspect then kicked in the bedroom door where the victim was sleeping. The victim chased the suspect and was sprayed with pepper spray. The suspect fled the scene taking a laptop, watches and miscellaneous items. Area checked for suspect with negative results.
THEFT. 23000 block of 34 Ave W. 36 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) siphoned approximately 10 gallons of gasoline from his 2003 Ford Excursion which had been parked in his driveway.

TRAFFIC. 22200 block of Brier Road. 19 year of age white male from Granite Falls driving a 1989 Honda Accord was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
ORDINANCE VIOLATION. 2700 block of Brier Road. 40 year of age white male from Seattle and 22 year of age white female from Bothell contacted as parked in City park after hours in violation of city ordinance. The were identified and released.

NARCOTICS VIOLATION. 21600 block of Vine Road. 23 year of age white male from Lake Forest Park driving a 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass was stopped for speeding. Odor of marijuana was detected which was found to belong to the 21 year of age white male passenger from Shoreline. The driver was cited for Speeding and the passenger was cited for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia. Both subjects were released without further incident.

CIVIL MATTER. 21900 block of 38 Pl W. 45 year of age Asian male from Everett reports he had been doing construction work at a residence in Brier and had left some of his tools in the residence and was now unable to retrieve them. He was later allowed into the residence and retrieved his items without incident.
BUSINESS LICENSE ORDINANCE VIOLATION. 22800 block of 39 Pl W. 70 year of age white male from Brier under investigation for operating a business from his residence without a City business license.

ASSAULT. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 11 year of age white male from Brier reports while at the City skatepark, a 13 year of age white male had struck him with his skateboard causing a minor injury. All parties contacted and released to their parents without further incident.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 22100 block of 34 Ave W. 40 year of age white female from Brier reports juvenile subjects standing around a jacket they had set on fire. Attempted to locate subjects with negative results. Fire was distinguished.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 3700 block of 228 St SW. 46 year of age white female from Brier driving a 1999 Subaru Forester was stopped to make a turn when she was struck from behind by a 27 year of age white female from Brier driving a 1997 Nissan Sentra. Minor injuries reported.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 21600 block of Poplar Way. 49 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) caused damage to her mailbox by unknown means. The mailbox was on a 4x6 timber which had been broken off at ground level.
TRAFFIC / WARRANT ARREST. 53 year of age white male from Shoreline driving a 2005 Saturn Ion was stopped for speeding. Computer check showed his driving status suspended with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for the same. He was cited for Speeding and No Valid Operators, arrested on the warrant and released to proper jurisdiction for booking into jail.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 2200 block of 214 Pl SW. 48 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her open garage and removed a computer tower and GPS.
FRAUD. 23300 block of 29 Ave W. 59 year of age white male from Brier reports his bank informed him someone in Texas is attempting to use his identity and credit.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23600 block of Brier Road. 59 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) poked holes in the wall of his metal garage causing approximately $1,000 damage.
THEFT. 3500 block of 218 St SW. 45 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) took two bicycles from her porch. One of the bicycles was located in the Brier Police property room and returned to her. The bike other bicycle remains missing.

DUI. 3600 block of 228 St SW. 26 year of age white male from Kenmore driving a 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue was stopped for erratic driving. He appeared to be intoxicated. Investigation resulting in his arrest for Driving While Under the Influence of Narcotics. He was cited and released. The vehicle was impounded.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3600 block of 218 St SW. 51 year of age white female from Brier reports someone threw a rock through a window to her residence causing approximately $400 damage.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 2200 block of 214 Pl SW. 58 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her open garage and removed a bicycle valued at approximately $600.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 3200 block of 228 St SW. 39 year of age white male from Kennewick driving a 2010 Ford Escape was stopped to make a turn when he was struck from behind by a 17 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2002 Lexus RX300. Minor injuries reported. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage.
DISTURBANCE. 2500 block of 239 St SW. 37 year of age white female from Brier reports a white male subject pounding on her door and shouting her name. The 27 year of age white male suspect from Shoreline was contacted and stated he was a process server attempting to serve court documents on the complainant's parents.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked at the scene.
FRAUD. 23300 block of 28 Ave W. 44 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) contacted her 73 year of age father and convinced him to wire transfer money to them. He has been defrauded for approximately $29,000. Pending investigation.
CIVIL DISPUTE. 22300 block of 33 Pl W. 55 year of age white male from Everett reports his 27 year of age daughter from Brier keeping a vehicle and tools from him. Deemed civil.
TRAFFIC. 22800 block of Brier Road. 67 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 2006 Dodge Dakota pickup pulling a 1996 Ford F150 pickup was stopped for towing violation. Further investigation found the driver of the truck being towed was in violation of his intermediate driving status. Both were issued infractions and released.

DUI. 3600 block of 228 St SW. 37 year of age Hispanic male from Everett driving a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder was stopped for speeding and erratic driving. Odor of intoxicants detected. Field Sobriety Tests performed with negative results. He was subsequently cited for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and released to a third party. The vehicle was impounded.

VEHICLE PROWL/ THEFT. 23900 block of 27 Pl W. 46 year of age white male from Meridian, Idaho reports unknown person(s) reports he started the engine on his 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt and went back into his residence for approximately 15 minutes. When he returned to his vehicle he noticed unknown person(s) had entered his vehicle and removed his laptop, wallet and personal items valued at approximately $1,600.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 2500 block of 236 St SW. 16 year of age white female from Kenmore driving a 2001 Honda Civic was backing from a driving and did not see the 2001 Jeep Cherokee driven by 52 year of age white male from Bothell and struck his vehicle causing damage. He was cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way and released. No injuries reported.

VEHICLE PROWL. 3700 block of 237 Pl SW. Three 16 year of age juvenile males from Bothell were observed by a citizen entering his neighbor's vehicle. The subjects fled on foot when they saw the patrol vehicle in the area. All were located and arrested for Vehicle Prowling and released to their parents.
VEHICLE PROWL / VEHICLE THEFT. 21300 block of Oak Way. 49 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his unlocked 2002 Volkswagen Jetta and took her purse and keys to her 2000 Dodge Caravan. Suspect(s) then took the Dodge Caravan.
