RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY / VEHICLE PROWL. 2900 block of 217 Pl SW. 40 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her unlocked garage and ransacked through her vehicles which were also unlocked. Nothing appeared to be missing.
THEFT. 2000 block of 215 Pl SW. 60 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his side yard through a gate and took a gas can containing approximately 1 gallon of gas.
TRAFFIC. 3000 block of 228 St SW. 39 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 1993 Isuzu Rodeo was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle Impound Waiver signed.
VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 21700 block of Russet Lane. 52 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her unlocked 1998 Saturn which was parked in front of her residence and removed sunglasses valued at approximately $130.

ASSIST FIRE/AID. 2700 block of 228 St SW. Assist Fire / Aid with a 6 year of age white male who had fallen from a toy in the park. He was transported by Aid for evaluation.
RESTRAINING ORDER VIOLATION. 22700 block of 21 Pl W. 44 year of age white female from Brier reports her 27 year of age daughter from Bothell contacting her and her husband in violation of Restraining Order.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 21900 block of Vine Road. 63 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) threw a rock at a second floor bedroom window of her residence causing it to shatter. Damage approximately $500.
TRESPASS. 3600 block of Alaska Road. Dispatched to subjects trespassing on cemetery property. Contacted three 19 year of age white male subjects who were fishing on the cemetery lake. All were advised of trespass violation and left the premises without incident.
TRESPASS. 3600 block of Alaska Road. While investigating a previous trespass incident officers observed eight other subjects trespassing on the cemetery property. All were identified, advised of trespass violation and left the premises without incident.

RECKLESS DRIVING. 20900 block of 44 Ave W. Officer reports observing a 19 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2006 Ford Mustang in a reckless manner. Referred to Prosecutor's Office.
WELFARE CHECK. 21700 block of 21 Ave W. 58 year of age white female from Bellevue requests the police check the welfare of a 51 year of age white female from Brier. The subject was contacted and determined to be okay.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON. 2400 block of 228 St SW. 16 year of age white female located in park after hours. She was advised of park hours and left the premises without incident.

FIREWORKS FIRE. 3300 block of 224 Court SW. Assisted Fire Department with a bush that had caught on fire by fireworks. The fire was extinguished with further incident. Subjects were verbally warned and advised of City Fireworks Ordinance.
ARSON. 2900 block of 232 St SW. 41 year of age white female from Brier reports during late night hours she saw a loud flash and heard a loud explosion then a vehicle speed off. She then observed her lawn on fire which was extinguished. In the morning she located a small bomb like item near the fire location.

DEATH INVESTIGATION. 2900 block of 216 St SW. 88 year of age white female from Brier passed away in her sleep from what appears to be natural causes.
HARASSMENT / THREATS. 22700 block of Old Poplar Way. 15 year of age white male from Brier reports while at the local skate park some juvenile males began squirting water at him and some others. When asked to stop the subjects picked up baseball bats acted in a threatening manner. All parties were contacted and verbally warned regarding their conduct.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3500 block of 214 St SW. 56 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) threw rocks through the living room and master bedroom windows of his residence causing approximately $1,800 damage.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 2700 block of 230 Pl SW. 43 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his unlocked 2007 Ford F150 pick up and removed music and electronic equipment valued at approximately $1,000.
HARSSMENT. 2900 block of 227 St SW. 17 year of age white female from Brier reports her 22 year of age ex-boyfriend harassing through text message and Facebook and leaving gifts at her residence. Settled by contact.
FOUND PROPERTY. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 50 year of age white female from Kenmore found drug paraphernalia in a family vehicle and released it to the police for destruction.

TRESSPASS. 2300 block of 35 Ave W. Four 12 to 14 year of age juveniles were found sleeping under playground equipment at a local school. All were released to their parents without incident.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3500 block of 214 St SW. 56 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) threw rocks at his residence and vehicles. No damage occurred.
TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 36 year of age white female from Kenmore driving a 2005 BMW X3 was stopped for using a wireless device while driving. Computer check on her driving status showed it suspended. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degee and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

FOUND PROPERTY. 3200 block of 238 St SW. 65 year of age white male from Brier reports he found a drill on his property. Drill to found property holding.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 40 year of age white female from Bothell reports her 13 year of age son told her while he was in Brier he was being followed by an unknown subject driving a black Toyota 4 Runner.
TRAFFIC. 3600 block of 228 St SW. 39 year of age white male from Kenmore driving a 1985 Ford Ranger pickup was stopped speeding. Computer check on his driving showed it suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

TRESPASS. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 64 year of age white female confronted officers on public property and indicated they were trespassing. Owner of property contacted and granted permission for officers to check the premises. Settled by contact.

DUI. 3600 block of 228 St SW. 20 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1977 Volkswagen Transporter was stopped for erratic driving. Odor of intoxicants detected. Further investigation resulting in issuance of citation for Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicants. He was then released on his own recognizance. Vehicle Impound Waiver signed.

TRAFFIC. 228 St SW at 227 Pl SW. 25 year of age white male from Everett driving a 2000 Chevrolet Camaro was stopped for using a cell phone while driving and expired vehicle license. Computer check on his driving status showed it suspended. He was cited for Using a Wireless Device while Driving and Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and released. Vehicle Impound Waiver signed.

DUI / TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. 22000 block of Vine Road. 21 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace driving a 2005 Ford Mustang lost control of her vehicle striking a telephone pole then a fence. Investigation resulted in her arrest and issuance of a citation for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. She was then released and the vehicle impounded.
HARASSMENT. 2900 block of 226 St SW. 35 year of age white female from Brier reports an ex 53 year of age white male acquaintance from Kirkland contacting her requesting she model for him. He was advised to cease contacting her.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3500 block of 214 St SW. 19 year of age white male from Brier reports people harassing him by coming onto his property yelling threats and throwing rocks from neighboring areas at vehicles parked in his driveway causing approximately $2,000 damage. He suspects subjects whom he was in a previous altercation with. Pending investigation.

HARASSMENT. 3500 block of 214 St SW. 19 year of age white male from Brier reports receiving harassing phone calls from a 19 year of age female from Covington. Settled by contact.

TRAFFIC COLLISION. 22100 block of Brier Road. 77 year of age white female from Brier driving a 2001 Mercury Mountaineer drove off the roadway into a fire hydrant coming to rest against a curb. No injuries reported. The vehicle was removed by tow.
WARRANT ARREST. 23100 block of 32 Ave W. 39 year of age white female from Brier was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant and booked into jail without incident.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 3300 block of Alaska Road. 17 year of age white female from Brier and her father reported hearing light banging noise on her bedroom window. Investigation found an unknown person(s) strung fishing line from outside bushes to her bedroom window which had a metal nut hanging from it. The suspect(s) then pulled the line causing the banging on her window. She suspects and ex-boyfriend.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 22600 block of Brier Road. 65 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his vacant residence and removed tools. Entry gained by prying open the front door. Pending investigation.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 22600 block of 32 Ave W. 30 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) put truss cleats under her tires causing approximately $100 damage. She suspects her estranged husband.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 24200 block of 31 Ave W. 54 year of age white female from Brier reports her 21 year of age son entered her residence without permission and removed jewelry and cash. Forwarded to prosecutor's office.
DUI. 23800 block of 27 Pl SW. 28 year of age white male driving a 2003 Mini Cooper failed to negotiate a turn and collided into a tree. Investigation found he had been drinking and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. A passenger was located hiding in the bushes. Neither reported any injuries. The driving was cited for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants and/or Drugs and released. The vehicle was removed by tow.
TRESPASS. Brier Park. 21 year of age white female and 21 year of age white male contacted in park after hours. Both left the area without incident.
