NOISE COMPLAINT. 23200 block of 29 Ave W. 59 year of age white male from Brier reports his 56 year of age neighbor using a chainsaw for several hours causing a nuisance. Settled by contact.

VEHICLLE PROWL / THEFT. 23800 block of 28 Pl W. 50 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his unlocked 2000 Nissan Maxima which was parked in his driveway and removed GPS, earphones and clothing.
WARRANT SERVICE. 23100 block of 32 Ave W. 17 year of age white female from Brier was contacted at her residence regarding an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Settled by contact.

FOUND PROPERTY. 2800 block of 228 St SW - Park. Baseball bag found on front steps of City Hall with note stating it had been found in the City park. Owner located and items returned.

TRAFFIC COLLISION. 21500 block of Poplar Way. 63 year of age white female from Edmonds driving a 1999 Buick Regal reports she was struck by a 1999 Ford F550 pickup being driven by a 55 year of age white male from Brier when he was backing out from a driveway. Investigation found none of the damage to the complainant's vehicle was consistent with the body structure of the truck she said struck her and appeared to be previous damage. No injuries reported.

VEHICLE PROWL / POSSESSION STOLEN PROPERTY / FORGERY. 24300 block of 32 Ave W. Dispatched to vehicle prowl just occurred with suspect running from scene possibly associated with a red Jeep parked in front of complainant's residence. Officer located the suspect in his vehicle and in possession of property belonging to vehicle prowl victims. The 32 year of age white male from Seattle was arrested. Search of his person located stolen ATM cards, credit cards and forged check which had been taken from victims in King County. Further search of his vehicle located stolen tools, electronic equipment, camera, wheels and tires, and personal items. He was booked into jail without further incident.

MALICIOUIS MISCHIEF. 2400 block of Nike Manor Road. 39 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) chemically burned profanity into her lawn.
WARRANT SERVICE. 2300 block of Brier Road. 28 year of age white male transient walking in the area was contacted as possessed an outstanding warrant. He was arrested without incident and released to jurisdiction of warrant.

THEFT. 22000 block Brier Road. 35 year of age black male from Brier reports unknown person(s) cut his garden hose and used it to siphon gasoline from his van which was parked in front of his residence.
WARRANT. 2900 block of Brier Road. 24 year of age white female from Bothell was arrested for outstanding warrants and booked into jail without incident.

AGENCY ASSIST. 2500 block of 236 St SW. Assisted Aid with a 55 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace who had been stung by bees causing Anaphylactic Shock. He was transported by aid to hospital for treatment.

FRAUD. 22600 block of 22 Pl W. 87 year of age white female from Brier reports she was contacted via phone by female claiming to be her granddaughter who told her she was in jail and requested she send her $4,800 so she could bail herself out. She wired the money Western Union then became suspicious and suspended the transaction. She was reimbursed the funds without loss. Referred to Federal Trade Commission.

NEGLIGENT DRIVING. 20900 block of Larch Way. 21 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a1999 Dodge Dakota pickup was stopped for erratic driving. Investigation resulted in arrest for Negligent Driving 1st Degree.

ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 24000 block of 27 Pl W. 46 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry to her residence by prying open the rear sliding patio door. Tools used to pry the door left at the scene found to belong to the homeowner.
THEFT. 21700 block of 37 Pl W. 54 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) took his son's bicycle from the front yard of his residence.

FRAUD. 23800 block of 31 Pl SW. 20 year of age white female from Brier reports she answered an ad on Craig's List for a job. The supposed employer informed her he would send her a check which she could deposit and pay herself from. She received the check and found it was fraudulent when she went to deposit it. Pending investigation.
NARCOTICS / WARRANT ARREST. 22800 block of Brier Road. 44 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1989 Chevrolet Camaro was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended with an outstanding warrant. Suspected narcotics were found on her person during booking process. She was cited for No Valid Operator's License and booked into jail for Felony Possession of Narcotics and warrant. The vehicle was released to a third party.

TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 46 year of age white male from Everett driving a 1998 Ford Escort was stopped for talking on his cell phone. Computer check on his driving status showed it suspended. He was cited for Using a Wireless Device While Driving and Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle Impound Waiver signed.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 21400 block of 26 Ave W. 68 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her unlocked 2002 Jeep Liberty which was parked in her driveway and removed keys, electronic equipment and cash.
FOUND PROPERTY. Brier Park - 22700 block of Old Poplar Way. City employee reports he found an abandoned bicycle in the park. Bike entered into found property on 60 day hold.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 2300 block of 214 Pl SW. 57 year of age white male reports a vehicle not known to the area residents occupied by four male subjects parked in the neighborhood cul-de-sac for approximately 10 minutes. Gone on arrival.

ORDINANCE VIOLATION. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 21 year of age white male from Brier driving an ice cream sales vehicle was stopped for driving with headphones on. Investigation showed him to be doing business without a City Business License. Infraction issued.

HUMANE COMPLAINT. 24200 block of 32 Ave W. 42 year of age white male from Brier reports a dog bit his son in the face when he attempted to pet it. The dog's owner, a 29 year of age white male from Brier, was contacted and provided the same account of the incident. Pending investigation.
WARRANT ARREST. 6800 block of 175 St. 40 year of age white female from Brier was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Brier and booked into jail without incident.

THEFT. 3800 block of 236 St SW. 28 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) took a UPS package from her doorstep. The package contained a dress valued at approximately $273.
HUMANE. 23000 block of 29 Ave W. 44 year of age white female from Brier reports she was chased by four dogs while she was out jogging. Dog's owner's contacted and advised of leash law requirements.
BURGLARY. 2400 block of Nike Manor Road. 39 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her residence through unlocked window and took her checkbook and a bottle of tanning lotion.

HUMANE. 3500 block of 221 Pl SW. Citizen reports elderly Husky dog at large. Dog was located and secured at his residence.

TRAFFIC. 21400 block of Oak Way. 44 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 1978 Ford pickup was stopped for expired vehicle license. Computer check on his driving status showed it suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle Impound Waiver signed.

FOUND PROPERTY. 23700 block of 27 Pl W. 34 year of age white male from Brier reports he found a GPS case in a nearby flower bed. Owner unknown at this time.
LIQUOR VIOLATION. 3600 block of 236 St SW. 37 year of age white female from Brier reports her son had been drinking in a local park with other juvenile males. He was counseled and released to his mother.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. 3500 block of 228 St SW. 58 year of age white male from Brier riding a 2001 Honda GL1800 motorcycle struck a curb which caused him to dump the motorcycle and slide approximately 10 feet. He suffered minor injuries and was transported to hospital by aid. The motorcycle was impounded.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 23800 block of 27 Pl W. 51 year of age white female from Brier reports she observed two white males in her driveway loading a lawn mower and large bag into a white late model Ford truck. Officer checked the premises and found her backyard shed open and lawnmower and weed eater missing. Items valued at approximately $600.
WARRANT SERVICE. 23900 block of 27 Pl W. During investigation of a dispute over ownership of a vehicle a 26 year of age black male from Seattle was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant and booked into jail without incident.
VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 2500 block of 239 ST SW. Brier citizen reports unknown person(s) entered his vehicle and removed power steering fluid and his wallet.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 21900 block of Vine Road. Brier citizen reports unknown person(s) entered his residence and arranged miscellaneous tools appearing to be stolen at a later time.
VEHICLE PROWL. 24100 block of Brier Road. Brier citizen reports unknown person(s) entered his vehicle through unlocked doors and rifled through contents. Nothing appears missing at this time.
