Commission Chairman Szalda called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners Szalda, Nixdorf and Zenk.
NEW BUSINESS
- CONSIDERATION OF PRELIMINARY MATTERS - EVANS.
Commissioner Szalda stated the meeting will adjourn to Executive Session to discuss consideration of preliminary matters in regard to Request for Hearing and Review received from Mr. Evans. Commissioner Szalda stated there would be no further business after the session.
Commissioner Szalda declared the meeting adjourned at 7:01 PM.
