Commission Chairman  Szalda called the meeting to order at _4:05:35 PM.

ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners Szalda, Nixdorf and Zenk.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Commissioner Nixdorf moved and Commissioner Zenk seconded to approve the minutes of January 7, 2009 regular meeting. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:

A.            Commissioner Szalda opened for discussion certification of the Academy Graduate Police Officer Eligibility List.

Commissioner Zenk moved and Commissioner Nixdorf seconded to certify the new Academy Graduate Police Officer Eligibility List. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS

A.            None

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:

A.         Chief reports the department has accumulated a new radar trailer from    

      Lynnwood Police Department.

ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Nixdorf moved and Commissioner Zenk seconded to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Szalda declared the meeting adjourned at 4:10:06 PM.
