APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF DECEMBER 15, 2009 SPECIAL MEETING: Commissioner Nixdorf moved and Commissioner Szalda seconded to approve the minutes of December 15, 2009. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:

A.            CERTIFICATION OF ACADEMY GRADUATE ELIGIBILITY LIST:

Commissioner Szalda opened for discussion the certification of Academy Graduate Officer Eligibility List.

Commissioner Nixdorf moved and Commissioner Szalda seconded to certify the Academy Graduate Officer Eligibility List. Motion carried.
