Commission Chairman Szalda called the meeting to order at 4:21:19 PM

ROLL CALL: Present: Commissioners Szalda, Nixdorf and Zenk.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF DECEMBER 12, 2012 SPECIAL MEETING: Commissioner Nixdorf moved and Commissioner Zenk seconded to approve the minutes of December 12, 2012. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
- CERTIFICATION OF ENTRY LEVEL ELIGIBILITY LIST
Commissioner Szalda opened for discussion the certification of Entry Level Officer Eligibility List. The Commission expressed the importance of completion of all aspects of the testing process to include polygraph, psychological and medical exams prior to hiring of candidates.
Commissioner Nixdorf moved and Commissioner Zenk seconded to certify the Entry Level Eligibility list. Motion carried.

- CIVIL SERVICE CONFERENCE
Secretary Halverson will notify the Commissioners of the dates for the conference upon posting of the schedule.
