PRESENTS

Tuesday, August 7, 2012
Brier Park, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
On Tuesday August 7th, neighborhoods throughout Brier are being invited
to join forces with thousands of communities nationwide for the “29th
Annual National Night Out” (NNO) crime and drug prevention event,
National Night Out, which is sponsored by the National Association of
Town Watch (NATW) and co-sponsored locally by the Brier Police
Department. It will involve over 15,000 communities from all 50 states,
U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases around the world.
National Night Out is designed to:
- Heighten crime and drug prevention
awareness;
- Generate support for and participation in local anticrime
efforts;
- Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community
partnerships; and
- Send a message to criminals letting them know
neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
Let’s give crime & drugs a going away party!
