BRIER PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
November 20, 2019

Chairman Marley called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to
order at 7:00 PM.
ROLL
CALL:
Present: Commissioners Marley, Rosman, DeMorret,
Hanson and Councilmember - Gallagher. Commissioner Jonart
arrived at 7:05 PM.
Absent: Commissioner
Weston and Kolden.
Staff: Planner Flathman.
APPROVAL
OF MINUTES:
Chairman
Marley opened for consideration approval of
the October 16, 2019 Planning Commission minutes. Motion: Approve the October 16, 2019 Planning Commission minutes, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner DeMorret. Motion
Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Councilmember
Gallagher discussed recent City Council activity.
PUBLIC REQUESTS &
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Chairman Marley opened the Public Hearing for the 2019 Capital
Facilities Plan amendments at 7:02 PM.
City Planner Flathman reviewed the proposed amendments.
Chairman Marley recommended a change to Section III, Capital
Facility Inventory, No. 1 Fire / EMS Protection to read, "For 2018 there were
395 fire events in the City of Brier."
The Public Hearing closed at 7:09 PM.
Motion: Recommend approval to City
Council of the 2019 Capital Facilities Plan amendments, with corrections to Section
III, Capital Facility Inventory, No. 1 Fire / EMS Protection to read, "For 2018
there were 395 fire events in the City of Brier.", Moved by Commissioner DeMorret, Seconded by Commissioner Hanson. Motion Carried.

Carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:11 PM.
