BRIER PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
January 15, 2020

Chairman Marley called the
Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioners Marley,
Weston, Rosman, DeMorret, Hanson, Kolden,
and Councilmember Gallagher.
Absent: Commissioner Jonart.
Staff: Planner Flathman.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chairman
Marley opened
for consideration approval of the November 20, 2019 Planning Commission
minutes. Motion: Approve the
November 20, 2019 Planning Commission minutes, Moved by Commissioner DeMorret, Seconded by Commissioner Hanson. Motion
Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Councilmember Gallagher discussed
recent City Council activity.
PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Chairman Marley opened for
discussion nominations of Planning Commission Chair and Pro-Tem.
Motion:
Nominate Commissioner Marley for Chair, Moved
by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by
Commissioner DeMorret. Motion Carried.
Motion:
Nominate Commissioner DeMorret for Pro-Tem, Moved by
Commissioner Weston, Seconded by
Commissioner Rosman. Motion Carried.
- Chairman Marley opened for
discussion notice of Comprehensive Plan Amendments announcement. City
Planner Flathman presented the announcement for
Comprehensive Plan Amendments. The deadline for filing 2020 amendments is
March 31, 2020.
