Chairman Marley called the
Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:02 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioners Marley,
Rosman, Jonart, Hanson and Kolden. Councilmember Gallagher.
Absent: Commissioner DeMorret.
Staff: Planner Flathman and Clerk-Treasurer Swisher.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

for consideration approval of the June 17, 2020 Planning Commission minutes. Motion: Approve the June 17, 2020

Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by
Commissioner Jonart. Motion Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: None.
PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Chairman Marley opened the Public
at 7:06 PM for Flood Hazard Code Amendments, file No. CA20-01. Planner Flathman
gave a brief overview of the amendments. Motion:
Recommend approval of Ordinance 465.A. Moved
by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by
Commissioner Hanson. Motion Carried.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS:
Councilmember Gallagher announced that
we are proud to have appointed Chairman Marley to the vacant Council position
No. 5.
