BRIER PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
February 17, 2021
7:00 PM
Chair DeMorett called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:01 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioners DeMorrett, Hanson, Jonart, Kolden, Lenning and Rosman.
Absent: Commissioner Tastad, Councilmember Gallagher.
Staff: Planner Flathman
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chair DeMorett opened for consideration approval of the January 20, 2021 Planning Commission minutes. Motion: To approve the January 20, 2021 Planning Commission minutes, Moved by Commissioner Hanson, Seconded by Commissioner Rosman. Motion Carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: None.
PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
NEW BUSINESS:
Chair DeMorett opened for review the draft code amendment No. CA21-01 regarding Short Subdivisions. Planner Flathman reviewed the proposed changes to Brier Municipal Code (BMC). There was Commissioner discussion.
Commissioner Hanson suggested new language for BMC 16.32.20.a16.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion: To adjourn, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner Kolden. Motion Carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:22 PM.
