BRIER PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
March 17, 2021
called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:01 PM.
Present: Commissioners DeMorett, Hanson, Jonart, Kolden, Rosman, Tastad and Councilmember Gallagher.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chair DeMorett opened for consideration approval of the February
17, 2021 Planning Commission minutes. Motion:
To approve the February 17, 2021 Planning Commission minutes, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner Tastad. Motion Carried.
Councilmember Gallagher discussed
recent City Council activity.
PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
The Public Hearing opened
at 7:08 PM, for Conditional Use permit #CU20-04, to allow construction of a secondary dwelling
unit on the property of 22526 Hickory Way. Planner Flathman
gave an overview of the application with a recommendation to approve.
Commissioner Hanson asked a clarifying question regarding trees.
The Public Hearing closed at 7:17 PM.
Motion: To recommend approval to
City Council for Conditional Use permit #CU20-04, to allow construction of a
secondary dwelling unit on the property of 22526 Hickory Way, Moved by Commissioner Rosman, Seconded by Commissioner Kolden. Motion Carried.
Motion: To adjourn, Moved by Commissioner Jonart, Seconded by
Commissioner Hanson. Motion Carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:21 PM.
