BRIER PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
November 16, 2022
7:00 PM
Chair DeMorett called the Brier Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:05 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioners DeMorett, Campbell, Parsons and Councilmember Marley.
Absent: Commissioners Hanson, Lenning and Rosman.
Staff: Planner Michaelis
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Chair DeMorett opened for consideration approval of the October 19, 2022 Planning Commission minutes. Due to a lack of quorum, the minutes could not be approved.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Councilmember Marley discussed recent City Council activity.
PUBLIC REQUESTS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
STUDY ITEMS:
A. Chair DeMorett opened for consideration, the Planning Commission 2022 Annual Report. Planner Michaelis reviewed the report.
Chair DeMorett asked to have added to the February, May and June meetings that the Commission recommended changes.
B. Chair DeMorett opened for discussion, the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update. Planner Michaelis introduced which updates will be needed and what the process will look like.
ADJOURNMENT:
Chair DeMorett declared the meeting adjourned at 7:27 PM.
