- Limon Secondary Dwelling Unit Conditional Use Permit (CU23-03). Proposal to construct a Secondary Dwelling Unit on a 22,524 square foot parcel located at 23403 28th Ave W.
- DISH Wireless Communication Facility Conditional Use Permit. Proposal to remove three existing Sprint Wireless antennas located on a Seattle City Light tower and install three new DISH Wireless antennas. The proposal also includes removal of two existing Sprint cabinets within the fence enclosure and install one DISH Wireless cabinet.
