- Izabella's Ridge Subdivision Preliminary Approval (SUB22-01).
The proposal is a subdivision of three existing parcels totaling 5.87 acres, into twelve single family residential lots and a stormwater detention tract. The lots range in size from 12,500 square feet to 31,293 square feet. A single-family residence is located on each of proposed Lots 5, 7, and 9. These residences will remain as part of the project. There are existing accessory structures located on proposed Lot 8 that will be removed. All lots will be accessed via a new public road with a cul-de-sac, served by public water and sewer. Stormwater will be collected from rooftops, driveways, and roadways via a system of roof, yard, and driveway drains and catch basins. Water will then be routed to an onsite storm drainage detention facility located in Tract 999.
