- Arcadia Homes, LLC New Septic System Conditional Use Permit (CUP23-07).
The application is a request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the installation of three separate septic systems to be installed at each of the parcels located at 22304, 22328 Locust Way Brier, WA 98036 and an undeveloped parcel to the south with no address which is referenced as Snohomish County Assessor Parcel Number 00373101801901. Pursuant to Brier Municipal Code (BMC) Section 13.12.010, all new septic systems to be installed in the city or any failed septic system that requires rebuilding or replacement requires a conditional use permit.
