- Johnson Property Septic System Replacement Conditional Use Permit (CUP23-06).
The application is a request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the removal and replacement of an on-site septic system to support the future construction of a single-family residence on the property located at 2520 228th St SW Brier, WA 98036. Pursuant to Brier Municipal Code (BMC) Section 13.12.010, all new septic systems to be installed in the city or any failed septic system that requires rebuilding or replacement requires a conditional use permit.
