  1. Lemme Secondary Dwelling Unit Conditional Use Permit No. CUP23-12, Forrest and Kristine Lemme, applicants for the application, are requesting a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the construction of a Secondary Dwelling Unit (SDU) on the property located at 3120 236th ST SW. Pursuant to Brier Municipal Code (BMC) Section 17.24.010.C.2 a Secondary Dwelling Unit may be permitted as a conditional use permit, which requires the approval and issuance of a Conditional Use Permit.
