Members of the public to provide comments to the Planning Commission for up to three minutes on matters not scheduled for a public hearing on tonight's agenda.
6. PUBLIC HEARING
- SB 5290 Code Implementation of the Local Project Review Act
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on the draft Zoning Code Amendment to establish new project review timelines for project permits; provide for a refund mechanism, if the new time periods are not met, and adopt measures to expedite permit review timelines. The Commission will be asked to make recommendations to the City Council based on public comments.
7. NEW & UNFINISHED BUSINESS
- Planning Commission 2024 Annual Report
BMC 2.12.070 requires that the Planning Commission keep written records of its meetings and that the commission make a full report in writing to the City Council of its transactions and expenditures, if any, for the preceding year, with such general comments and recommendations as to matters within its jurisdiction that it deems appropriate.
- Response to Public Comment from September Meeting
This is a time for the Commission to discuss, if desired, public comment that was provided at the September Meeting. Staff will have a brief response to the comments.
