Members of the public to provide comments to the Planning Commission for up to three minutes on matters not scheduled for a public hearing on tonight's agenda.
6. PUBLIC MEETING
- 2024 - 2044 Brier Comprehensive Plan Update
The purpose of the public meeting is to receive public comments on the draft 2024-2044 City of Brier Comprehensive Plan Update. The draft will be available for review starting November 15, 2024, in hard copy at city hall and the city library. Electronic versions are available by email to cityplanner@ci.brier.wa.us and the city website at http://ci.brier.wa.us/compplan/2024update.htm. The Commission will be asked to make recommendations to the City Council based on public comments.
7. NEW & UNFINISHED BUSINESS
- Planning Commission 2024 Annual Report
BMC 2.12.070 requires that the Planning Commission keep written records of its meetings and that the commission make a full report in writing to the City Council of its transactions and expenditures, if any, for the preceding year, with such general comments and recommendations as to matters within its jurisdiction that it deems appropriate.
