- Brief Presentation by City Planner Lee Michaelis to summarize proposed code amendment changes since the Study Session in January.
- The public will be offered an opportunity to provide comments on the proposed code changes. This is not a public hearing, no time limit will be set, but the Chair may limit repetitive comments to move the meeting along.
- Planning Commission Discussion on Proposed Middle Housing and Accessory Dwelling Units Code Amendments. Motion to make recommendation to City Council or to hold another Study Session.
