6. WORK STUDY - Draft Tree Protection Code (BMC Chapter 17.52)
- Presentation by City Planner Lee Michaelis to summarize the changes proposed as part of last code revision that was put on hold.
- Planning Commission Discussion on proposed revisions, make new recommendations on changes, and determine whether the commission is ready for a Public Hearing in April, or if an additional work study session is needed.
- To provide adequate opportunity for public input, the chair may offer the public an opportunity to provide comments on the proposed code changes. This is not a public hearing, no time limit will be set, but the Chair may limit repetitive comments to move the meeting along.
