- Presentation by City Planner Lee Michaelis to summarize the proposed Secondary Dwelling Unit and describe the proposed On-Site Septic System and to provide staff recommendations to the Planning Commission on both proposals.
- The public will be offered an opportunity to provide comments on the proposed Secondary Dwelling Unit and On-Site Septic System. This is a consolidated hearing so testimony will be received on both projects.
- Planning Commission Discussion on Proposed Secondary Dwelling Unit and On-Site Septic System. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council to approve the proposal, approve the proposal with additional conditions, or deny the proposal.
