Madrid Conditional Use Permit -
On-Site Septic System Repair: City File No. CU25-01 - 2206 227th Pl SW
- Presentation by City Planner Lee Michaelis to summarize the proposed On-Site Septic System repair and to provide staff recommendations.
- The public will be offered an opportunity to provide comments on the proposed On-Site Septic System Repair.
- Planning Commission Discussion on Proposed On-Site Septic System Repair. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council to approve, approve with additional conditions, or deny the proposal.

7. STUDY SESSION - Assisted Living Facilities Zoning Code Amendment
