- Presentation by City Planner Lee Michaelis to summarize the proposal, the requirements for licensing animals in the City of Brier and to provide staff recommendation on the application.
- The public will be offered an opportunity to provide comments on the proposal.
- Planning Commission Discussion on the proposal. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council to approve, approve with additional conditions, or deny the proposal.

- Planning Commission Discussion on the proposal. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council to approve, approve with additional amendments, or deny the proposed amendment. The decision of the planning commission on the proposed amendment is advisory only.
