Members of the public can provide comments to the Planning Commission for up to three minutes on matters not scheduled for a public hearing on tonight's agenda or any other meetings in the future.

- Public Hearing - Brier Landing Plat Alteration (PM26-01). A hearing to hear testimony on the proposed removal of a native growth protection easement on Lot 5 and Lot 6 of the Plat of Brier Landing.
