Members of the public can provide comments to the Planning Commission for up to three minutes on matters not scheduled for a public hearing on tonight's agenda or any other meetings in the future.
6. PUBLIC HEARING
Public Hearing - Vine 5 Subdivision Preliminary Plat & Road Variance (City File Nos. SUB25-01 & VAR25-01. A public hearing to receive testimony on the proposed five lot subdivision located at 21701 Vine Rd. The application includes a road variance to reduce the right of way width and eliminate the sidewalk on the south side of the proposed new public road.
