Members of the public can provide comments to the Planning Commission for up to three minutes on matters not scheduled for a public hearing on tonight's agenda or any other meetings in the future.
6. STUDY SESSION
Assisted Living Facility Code Amendment (City File No. CA25-04). Planning Commission Discussion on proposed revisions since the public hearing of October 2025. The Planning Commission will make recommendations to the City Council to approve, approve with additional amendments, or deny the proposed amendment. The decision of the planning commission on the proposed amendment is advisory only.
