TRAFFIC. 21500 block of Poplar Way. 44 year of age white female driving a 1992 Geo Metro stopped as computer check of plate showed vehicle sold 05-26-10. She did not have a valid driver's license or identification on her person. She was cited for No Valid Operators License Without Identification and released. Passenger of vehicle, 44 year of age male from Everett, given verbal warning for Failure to Transfer Title.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 2000 block of 214 St SW. 55 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered his 1978 Chevy Blazer and stole his registration and detachable radio faceplate valued at approximately $106.00.
HUMANE COMPLAINT. 3200 block of 236 St SW. 64 year of age white male from Brier reports his neighbor's dog runs unattended in the backyard of the unoccupied property next door, and charges the fence line and barks while he is out in his garden. Settled by contact.

FOUND BICYCLE. 21200 block of 39 Pl W. Abandoned Pacific brand bicycle found by citizen. Bicycle checks clear stolen. To property room for 60 day hold.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF / POSSIBLE HIT & RUN. 21900 block of Oak Way. 46 year of age white male from Brier reports the rear bumper to his 2002 Honda Civic was cracked and a portion was no longer attached to the quarter panel, as if someone had attempted to remove the bumper or had collided with it. Unknown where damage occurred. Cost to repair estimated at $794.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 2400 block of Nike Manor Road. 39 year of age white female from Brier reports an unknown male driving a red truck stopping and talking to children in the area. Gone on arrival.
ABANDONED VEHICLE. 2500 block of Nike Manor Road. 1988 Honda Prelude impounded as parked on roadside over 24 hours.
NARCOTICS VIOLATION. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 17 year of age white male from Brier Everett driving a 1995 Jeep Cherokee was stopped as odor of marijuana was emitting from his vehicle. Search of vehicle located suspected marijuana, hash and paraphernalia. All items seized. Driver and passenger released to parents.

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT. 2000 block of Vine Road. Dispatched to suspicious subjects in area. Contacted four 18 to 19 year of age white males from Brier who had put a piece of cardboard cut to the shape of a cat in the roadway then hid to watch vehicles swerve. All were identified and released without further incident.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY. 3600 block of 232 St SW. School custodian reports unknown person(s) entered a class room, possibly through open door, and threw CD's and food about.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23600 block of 39 Pl W. 38 year of age white male from Brier reports three unknown juvenile males shot a pellet through the sliding glass door of his residence causing it to shatter. The suspects fled the scene. Area checked with negative results.

FALSE REPORTING. 23100 block of 34 Ave W. 54 year of age white male from Brier reports his 47 year of age white female neighbor verbally harassing him and appeared to be drunk. Investigation found allegations to be false. Pending further investigation.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 3800 block of 237 Pl SW. 50 year of age white female from Brier reports she left her residence and upon her return she noticed her and her neighbor's mailbox doors were open. It is unknown at this time if any items were taken.

COURT ORDER VIOLATION. 20500 block of 68 Ave W. Dispatched to court to take 41 year of age white female from Brier into custody for violation of court order. She was placed into custody and booked into jail without incident.

INFORMATION / TRAFFIC - 3200 block of 228 St SW. 27 year of age male from Renton driving a 2008 Dodge 3500 Federal Express truck reports a female driving a 1993 GMC Safari shouted at him about his driving and threatened to have him fired after he made a left hand turn onto 32nd Ave W in front of her vehicle as it was extended forward onto 228th. No damage/contact had been made with her vehicle.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. Respond to 23800 block of 35 Ave W after anonymous citizen reported a resident firing a pellet gun into the woods portion of Abbey View Cemetery. Resident contacted denied the allegations.
TRAFFIC. 22800 block of 35 Ave W. 51 year of age white male from Shoreline driving a 1993 Mazda MX6 stopped as computer check of license plate revealed the registered owner to have a suspended driving status. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree, and released. Vehicle left legally parked at location.
CIVIL. 21600 block of 37 Pl W. 31 year of age female from Brier reports her neighbor, 50 year of age white female, trespassing on her property. The neighbor was contacted, who stated she was just looking for her friend's dog.
SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE. 22800 block of 23 Ave W. 18 year of age white male from Seattle contacted in a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage for being in the park after hours. He was asked to leave without incident.

THEFT. 3100 block of Russet Rd. 53 year of age white male from Bothell reports his 20 year of age son from Brier has been stealing tools from the garage of his mother-in-law, and wishes to pursue charges and have him evicted. Civil standby conducted while the son was asked to move out of the residence.

THEFT. 3400 block of Russet Rd. 55 year of age male from Brier reports tools have gone missing from his garage and suspects his 20 year of age son, as his chainsaw was located in his trunk. He does not wish to pursue charges at this time.
THEFT. 23000 block of 32 Ave W. 40 year of age white female from Brier reports her 17 year of age daughter has been stealing items from the residence totaling approximately $2000.00. Case forwarded to Juvenile Prosecutor's office.

WARRANT SERVICE. 22800 block of 34 Av W. 17 year of age female from Brier stopped for not wearing seatbelt. She was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Lake Forest Park. She was released to the custody of Lake Forest Park PD.
NOISE COMPLAINT / WARRANT SERVICE. 23400 block of 39 Pl W. Dispatched to noise complaint of people being loud in the backyard having a bonfire. Investigation resulted in the arrest of two subjects, 46 year of age white male from Brier, and 52 year of age white male, for outstanding warrants. They were both transported and booked into jail.

TRAFFIC COLLISION. 22600 block of 22 Pl W. 20 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1997 Chevrolet Box Van was backing from a driveway and collided with a parked camper trailer causing approximately $1,000 damage to the trailer. No injuries reported.

TRAFFIC COLLISION / RECKLESS DRIVING. 23000 block of 32 Ave W. 17 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1991 Dodge Caravan lost control of his vehicle and collided into a parked 1991 Lincoln Town Car then into a utility pole. Both driver and passenger were transported from the scene by aid. Both vehicles involved appeared totaled.

NUISANCE NOISE. 23400 block of Brier Rd. 63 year of age male and 41 year of age male from Brier report their neighbor's two dogs barking continuously thoughout the day and late evening hours. Dog owner has previously been warned about the situation. Attempted contact with owner but nobody was home. Infraction for Nuisance Noise to be issued by mail.
FIRE ASSIST. 22000 34 Ave W. 40 year of age female from Brier was cooking bacon in the oven when it caught on fire. Fire able to be extinguished without incident.

STALKING. 23000 block of 29 Av W. 18 year of age female from Brier reports her ex-boyfriend, 21 year of age male from Mountlake Terrace, repeatedly calling and text messaging her after she told him to stop. He was contacted by phone and was told if he didn't stop he could face charges.
