HUMANE. 22900 block of 29 Av W. 72 year of age white female from Brier reports her 89 year of age white male neighbor's dogs at large attacking her rabbits. Referred to Prosecutor.
WELFARE CHECK. 21300 block of Poplar Way. 45 year of age white male from Brier reports he has not seen his 59 year of age white male neighbor around for days which is unusual. His residence checked secure and no signs of fowl play.
TRAFFIC. 3600 block of 228 St SW. 25 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 2002 Ford Taurus was stopped as Department of Licensing check on the vehicle's registered owner showed their driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released.
TRAFFIC. 22500 block of Brier Road. 24 year of age white female from Marysville driving a 1993 Chevrolet pickup was stopped for illegal passing. Record check showed her driving status suspended. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and No Proof of Insurance and released. Vehicle Impound Waiver signed.

ORDINANCE VIOLATION. 3200 block of 228 St SW. Contacted 33 year of age black male from Virginia as was soliciting without a City Business License. He was advised of ordinance requirements and released.

WARRANT ARREST. 23600 block of 32 Ave W. 29 year of age black female from Mountlake Terrace driving a 2012 Kia Sorento was stopped speeding. Computer check on her status revealed an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. She was arrested on the warrant and booked into jail without incident. The vehicle was released to the passenger.

TRAFFIC. 21300 block of Poplar Way. 18 year of age Hispanic male from Everett driving a 1999 Chevrolet pickup was stopped for speeding. Computer check on his driving status through Department of Licensing showed he did not possess a driver's license. He was cited for No Valid Operators License and Speeding and released. The vehicle was released to the registered owner.
ORDINANCE VIOLATION / DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. 3900 block of 219 St SW. 14 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace was observed riding a toy type vehicle on the roadway in violation of City Ordinance. He was also found to be in possession of a pipe containing suspected marijuana residue. He was given a verbal warning and released. The pipe was seized for destruction.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3800 block of 228 St SW. 31 year of age white male from Brier reports juvenile males causing damage to his fence. Suspects located and 21 year of age black male from Lynnwood admitted to causing the damage. Settled by contact.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON. 2900 block of 236 St SW. 27 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace was contacted as observed attempting to hitch a ride in the area of a hit and run accident. Subject was identified and released.

FRAUD. 21825 Vine Road. 39 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) took a check he had placed in his mailbox for delivery, removed his information and replaced it with different payable, signature and amount information and attempted to cash it. Pending investigation.
HIT & RUN COLLISION. 23700 block of 27 Pl W. 64 year of age white male from Brier reports an unknown person ran into his fence then backed away striking a parked vehicle. The suspect then fled the scene. Investigation found a vehicle license plate which had apparently fallen off the suspect vehicle. The 43 year of age white male suspect from Bothell was later located and admitted to causing the damage.

DEATH INVESTIGATION. 22600 block of 22 Pl W. 89 year of age white female from Brier was located deceased in her residence apparently from natural causes.

DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL. 21400 block of Poplar Way. 47 year of age white male from Everett driving a 1998 Ford Explorer was stopped for erratic driving. Odor of intoxicants detected. Subject was extremely uncooperative. He was subsequently arrested and booked into jail for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Vehicle was impounded per RCW requirement.

THEFT. 23000 block of 35 Ave W. 26 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his room, ransacked it then exited through the window taking his laptop valued at approximately $2,000. He believes the incident occurred during a party at the residence.
AGENCY ASSIST. 22900 block of 44 Ave W. Assisted Mountlake Terrace Police with apprehension of a 30 year of age white male from Burien for Violation of Protection Order.
TRAFFIC. 24300 block of Brier Road. 21 year of age white female from Kenmore driving a 2010 Toyota Scion was stopped as computer check on the registered owner showed her driving status suspended. When the vehicle came to a stop the driver and passenger changed places within the vehicle. Upon contact the driver admitted to changing places as she knew her driver's license was suspended. Further computer check revealed an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for her arrest. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree, arrested on the warrant and booked into jail. The vehicle was impounded.

He was identified and computer check revealed an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and booked into jail without incident.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON. 23200 block of 39 Pl SW. Officer observed a subject walking in the roadway. He was identified and found to be working construction in the area.

TRAFFIC. 22000 block of Vine Road. 20 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2003 Nissan 350Z was stopped for defective equipment. Computer check through Department of Licensing showed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle Impound Waiver signed.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 2800 block of 228 St SW. 28 year of age white female from Brier driving a 2010 Subaru Outback drove off the roadway into a ditch and tree. Fire and aid assisted.

WARRANT ARREST. 22400 block of Brier Road. 29 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2002 Acura RSX was stopped as computer check on the registered owner showed an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction. He was identified as the registered owner and the warrant confirmed. He was booked into jail without incident.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 21900 block of Old Poplar Way. 19 year of age white female from Brier driving a 2002 Ford Focus lost control of her vehicle and drove off the roadway into a power pole causing damage.

HUMANE. 22900 block of 29 Ave W. 72 year of age white female from Brier reports her 89 year of age white male neighbor's dogs chewed threw her rabbit hutch and killed one of her rabbits. Pending investigation.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 3600 block of 214 St SW. 55 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1997 Toyota Rav4 was lost traction in the snow and icy road conditions and slid off the roadway over an embankment rolling the vehicle onto its side. No injuries reported. Vehicle towed from scene.
THEFT. 3900 block of 237 Pl W. 31 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) took mail from her mailbox and delivered items from her front porch. She then discovered someone had used her credit card which was one from her mailbox and charged fuel at a local station. Pending investigation.
AGENCY ASSIST / WARRANT ARREST. 21100 block of 58 Ave W. While assisting Mountlake Terrace Police in searching for a subject involved in a domestic dispute Brier officer located the suspect and found him to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was arrested on the warrants and booked into jail without incident.

TRAFFIC COLLISION. 22800 block of 35 Ave W. 38 year of age white female from Brier driving a 2004 Mazda MPV lost control of her vehicle on the icy roadway and struck a 2005 Chevrolet Corsica pickup which was parked at the stop sign causing damage. She was cited for Speed Too Fast for Conditions. No injuries reported. Both vehicles driven from scene.

FORGERY. 21900 block of Old Poplar Way. 23 year of age white female from Brier reports a check in the amount of $90 was possibly stolen from her mailbox and unknown person(s) washed it and attempted to pass it at Bank of America for $1,500.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 22000 block of Vine Road. 53 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta lost control of his vehicle and drove off the roadway striking a utility pole and a city sign then into a tree where the vehicle stopped. Passenger sustained a minor hand injury. The vehicle was removed by tow.

SUSPICIOUS PERSONS. 1900 block of Larch Way. Observed two suspects park their vehicle and walk to the rear of an unoccupied building. The subjects were contacted and identified. Computer check located outstanding warrants for arreset on the 26 year of age white male from Everett. He was placed under arrested and booked into Lynnwood Jail without incident.
MALICIOUS MISHIEF. 2600 block of 237 Pl SW. 56 year of age white male from Brier reports some one drove an ATV type vehicle across his yard into his fence causing damage.
CIVIL MATTER / WARRANT SERVICE. 3900 block of 39 Pl W. 50 year of age white male from Lynnwood reports a 27 year of age white transient male acquaintance took his firearms and pawned them. He does not wish the subject prosecuted but wants him to get his guns returned. Another subject at the scene, a 21 year of age white male from Woodinville, was found have outstanding warrants out of other jurisdictions. He was arrested and booked into jail without incident.
